The Bella Vista Motel Novel
Spring, 1940.
Romeo Misoni loves New York City.
And why not? He’s living like a rich playboy while being groomed for success in the shadowy New York mafia. His reputation for discreet hits and creative problem solving put him at the top of the Boss’ go to list.
Romeo’s young though, so young he doesn’t know that doing a good job can put a guy in a bad position. That’s how he ended up in west Texas as the replacement manager of the Bella Vista motel, a out-of-town cooling house for mafia ne'er-do-wells.
Romeo thinks he can earn his way back home to New York, but the Boss’ right-hand man, the cold and cunning Mr. G, has other ideas.
With the help of a young mafia orphan and the love of a beautiful runaway local girl, Romeo does his best to get out of the Bella Vista for good.
But the thing about Romeo is, he’s stubborn. He just doesn’t believe that he’s up against more than Mr. G, that the motel is haunted, or that a mysterious entity is pursuing its own agenda in the motel, even when the evidence is staring him right in the face...
